³ While they are saying, “^(A)Peace and safety!” then ^[a](B)destruction ^[b]will come upon them suddenly like ^(C)labor pains upon a woman who is pregnant, and they will never escape. ⁴ But you, brothers, are not in ^(D)darkness, that the day would overtake you ^[c](E)like a thief, ⁵ for you are all ^(F)sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor of ^(G)darkness;
